what they are leaking is something that they don't even believe -- they have enough money in the bank to loose for two more years WITHOUT layoffs -- that is what Fab Supervisors are telling the production people. Are we sure the IMF did not get MU mixed up for a Korean company and been shifting funds to it -- HA!!
