By the way - I recently heard about some private messages he'd sent out to people which were extremely threatening, even violent. I'm surprised he hasn't been visited by the police.

will say only that EC has his one way of doing things and saying things. If you don't like it then don't post to him or reply to him and most of the time he doesn't reply to you. Curtis, I am well aware of the circumstances surrounding Eric's short term suspension. I offered on the GPM thread to PM anyone the messages Eric printed. SIBOB only asked that he refrain from using ethnic slurs. Eric responded in such a belligerent manner, referring to Bob as "Adolph", that I believe he had no choice but to suspend him. It was not Giraffe, nor anyone else's doing, but Eric's. He had an opportunity, and was requested to use a different choice of words, and did not. In fact, he raised the "ante" by having a verbal showdown with Bob. He deserved what he got, in my opinion, and now has some time to think about it.
