TO ALL: "Dueprocess" on the RagingBull TSIG thread asked me to post the following comment. It appears to be very similar to one already on Jeff's list, but, as are the other suggestions, well thought out and of importance to the success of our website. I personally would like to take this opportunity to thank the many members of the thread (and the RagingBull thread as well) for the tremendous effort being made by so many. TSIG should be thrilled to have loyal and devoted shareholders who are devoting a great deal of their personal time, expertise, and experience to help our Company grow and succeed. Rob Gordon and the management of TSIG and Hastings owe all of you a "big thank you". A few big announcements would suffice <VBG>... for now!! <<Marty, maybe you can help with this issue. I have found the search engine functions improperly. I have sent emails to CCI and have even spoken to Liz Stiles, but it still hasn't been corrected. Basically, as I posted before, if customers can't find the selection they want, they will go somewhere else. In summary, you cannot use FASTFIND nor POWERSEARCH to locate an artist via their last name. Go to the site and type "Twain" and you get train sound effects. Personally, I don't care for country music and Shania Twain, but many others do. Similarly, type in "Joel" and you get nothing related to Billy Joel. You will notice that the list begins with "Joe" and ends before reaching Joel. Do you think this is not a problem and I am making too big a deal out of this? I had the same problem with KTEL's site, but CDNOW worked beautifully. Before the site is completed, this, IMHO, should be resolved. I appear to have no clout with TSIG, perhaps you can get their attention. I respect you insight, please let me have your thoughts. Best regards, DP>> Best to all, Marty
