well, i dont know about the meditative effects...there are a couple of songs that always relax me...i will see if i can find clips.

actually, i used delirium a lot for irritation aversion therapy. see, the irritation lived in the apartment below mine about two years ago and liked to practice guitar (badly) around 5:45 in the morning. so, when i went out at night i turned the speakers to the floor, put in the CD, turned the volume and the bass all the way up and set the CD to repeat. still, it took two weekends for him to get the hint. these 'i am in college so i need to learn how to play a guitar' people are one of the few things i hate about living in austin. whoever would have guessed there would be so many talentless people in the live music capital of the world<G>.

lest you think me completely evil, i did ask him nicely several times to stop. so, you can understand that i had no other choice<G>.
