Chuckie: Nothing wrong with slow, as long as slow is what you were told to expect. But we were told production by June 1997, Fall 1997, Spring 1998, pilot plant in June 1998.

None of these came to pass, and never a clear explanation for why by the company. Just move on to the next promise.

Of course Maxam is no outlier among the dirts in that respect. They all make and break promises with regularity, and none of them give an explanation that passes the smell test.
