I apologize in advance if this topic has been covered.
How well will GSM and WCDMA handle wireless data transmission such as internet information? In particular, I am wondering if those technologies will be able to handle to future massive wireless requirements for internet information.

If GSM and WCDMA can't handle the necessary information flow, is there some other technology that can? If so, who makes it?
