Those who have no faith, nada, in IDCN - should get out now, or dump the stock at .06, since it now trades .04 -.06, at best.

SS- stick with your convictions, your arguments may be right, if the events of the last 30 days are true blue. Have to admit thinking about this stock at .30 is exciting. The $1-$2 target is just highly unlikely.

I see IDCN as a crash and burn - close up shop - or a profitable money maker in the next 45-60 days. It is just a matter of faith, I guess. It is still high risk -- what did one post say: 8.5 on a scale of one to ten of risk? At least.

Now is not the time to go visit the sites. If this company is going to succeed, they need all their attention on the mining and less on the PR with us for now. PR after there is something solid to PR about, not just pictures of a landscape on TV.

Either take the leap of faith, and turn it ALL over to IDCN, or bail.

I am just starting to make some concessions, and I am leaning toward giving IDCN the benefit of the doubt right now. Since it appears to hold at .04, why panic now?

If it's trick or treat time, and still under a nickel to .09, it is then a decision on how long a person can tie up their capital and not move on to other (always appearing) opportunities.

If you waiver and start showing doubt, a lot of people on this board will follow and sell.

Offered me .37 for a share trading at .10?? - of course Id take it.

A sure thing over the unknown, always. What's the saying:

"Pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered"

IMHO

The only thing is, the Board better be right on their decision NOT to sell at 0.37 because they have a legal, fiduciary responsibility to shareholders. If it turns out they are wrong and they get much less than 0.37, or if there are no more offers, they are subject to immediate shareholder lawsuits. Would you say at that point that they deserved to be sued or not for turning down that offer?
