I think that I have mentioned once or twice that I believe the liberals have some very good ideas and some very bad ideas the same for the conservatives.The same would apply to the LIbratarians as I understand their philosophy .The middle of the roaders have no ideas.For example I support a woman's right to choose.I also support the death penalty.[at least I'm consistant]I think taxes are to high.I think the idea of income redistribution is doomed to failure.I support higher education for all but paid for with loans not sucked off the taxpayer.I am a radical environmentalist and believe that government policy should not encourage population growth.I believe the government talks constantly about freedoms but every year they take more of them from us.I resent the religious right trying to tell us what is best for us.I resent the medical profession also trying to insist that they know what is best for us and use the force of law to accomplish their ends.I resent Congressman Waxman trying to use the law to tell me what vitamins he thinks I should be allowed to take.I don't like Ralph Nader ever since he tried to get raw milk outlawed in CA.Who the hell is he to say he knows what is best for my health and attempt to back it up with the law? I think drugs should be legalized.Educate Americans and then let natural selection weed out those not smart enough to heed the warnings. I am not PC but I do try to be gender neutral in my speech .So you see I wouldn't say I have any affiliations or maybe I have lots.I guess it's all how you look at it. pez
