Nothing that a few free "good pizza deliveries" cannot solve: imagine IMF, World Bank, Bid and Small Creeps, hedge fund managers, central bankers, finance ministers, campaign donors, etc., all getting "Pizzas" delivered at the same time in their offices. Nothing like a good "pizza" to focus the mind and heal them from throwing money around and then, seeking rescue with taxpayers' money.

P.S. Sorry, they have to pay for their own cigars.
