Hi Bird, Are these $6.9 million new shares being put into the float? As far as I know they were all sold into the open market, but that question was not specifically asked. Is "Potomac" selling; and what of the "department conversion" shares? It should be "debt conversion" not "dept conversion". Sorry about the typo. I didn't notice it until yesterday that the overview had "debt" spelled wrong. Who on this thread is part of the "Potomac acquisition"? No Idea. Mike
