Hi Ibexx...my answer may be a bit biased as I just closed my position (bought the puts back) today...I am leery of greenspam tommorrow..if the market cooperates...60 will not be a problem..as previously posted..my short term signal on DELL just flashed a buy (confirmed by my mid term technicals)..so did my short term on the OEX (unconfirmed by my mid term techs)....makes me feel really weird (my system says go..my guts says wait)...I am asking myself what is going to power the market higher after 3 good days. I am assuming the expected rate cut is already factored in...hence..the sell on news phenom may be in play. As you can tell I am in doubt and when I feel this way...I usually step aside (but will watch closely tommorrow to add my position in DELL). Please bear in mind that while I am long on the stock...I will sell/buy options to enhance cashflow/yield. IMHO, the risk/reward to play the Sept options is not as attractive as it was a week ago. Warmest regards.
