Laz: great post! Thank you! I would like to add the following: I'm including copy from an e-mail from Roger Templeton to me from September 1st, 1998. It has to do with a misrepresentation of facts by a poster with the alias of dr.vee who claimed in 3 posts to have comunicated with Mr. Chin. I complained to SI, and I never got an answer. Roger complained to SI, and he never got an answer. The e-mail from Roger: ------------- Dear Mr Rapp, Thanks for continuing to draw my attention to this guy(s) misinformation posts. I see that my disavowal of DrVee in an email was posted to the Thread. It reminded me that I haven't heard from SI yet. Yours, Roger -------- This is not a level playing field. I take a risk, I take an economic position in a company and some guy can come "into the thread" claim he contacted the CEO of the company where I, and others invested, and arrive to conclusions X or Y. And everything is ok???? So all of us have to do our "DD" and call the company to see if conclusions X or Y of this poster are true or not, if the communication is true or not. What about letting the Co. work? With regards to Paul, he writes "I hate you DGIV" posts to satisfy the callings of voices inside him. Nobody asks for his opinions. He now posts at 2am or 3 am so that his post is "the last" for a while. What is vee's risk, what is Paul's risk: none except one or two insulting e-mails. What is our risk: we have invested in the company which, sadfully, is the object of "hate posting" by these individuals. They all come in to save our souls and their message always is: SELL SELL SELL (regardless of the price). Sadfully we are an OTC stock. The OTC is a system where the most money is made by MM's and by those that individuals that can generate run ups and run downs (short positions) on shares. There are many other ways to make money in this system. Renting out the "playground" where people meet and exchange posts... Publications that hype shares. Publications that dump shares. Posting on threads scaring the living daylight out of insecure shareholders etc etc. ----- DGIVinvestor's intentions were good but it does not work. No thought process that starts with arguments such as : "well if so and so (a basher) wants respect then he/she has to....", or "they have a right to voice their opinion even if..." These people have to be treated as sh** or ignored (but none of us has resisted this temptation). This scum knows "it's rights". This scum does not want your "respect". They have "voices" to follow or a job to do. And we, those that invested our own $, are the object of their work. Also at work in the decline of the share price are individuals who actively trade the share. These people add injury but not insult. Please look at the share activity last thursday, prior to the friday news release, to understand what I mean. ------ I hope that the SB-10 is made public within the "DGIV self imposed time frame". It will help all of us that have honestly invested in DGIV. Ron
