ls, Wondered if you have time to review my trade I made on CIEN two days back. If you recall on a previous post I set a buy-stop at 14, 2 ticks above the high between 9:30-10:30. The question I have is it the event of a hi-visible stk like CIEN (deal w/ tlabs canceled)would you ever enter such a volatile stk where news may still be pending. The same day they warned on earinings. Is there certain criteria that you use where you would've never even considered the trade? Like never use the gap strategy on any stk in downtrend. My first gap strategy purchase was a failure so I'd like to analyze what I could've done differently. Also did I pick the right price/strategy to get in. TIA Regards, baza
