Rich, good point: Why on earth do you suppose that this small company, trying to suceed in a business, has gone through all this effort... Do you know if the company has a corporate fleet? If so, what is in this small company's fleet?

Janice, just like most small companies. It's unfortunate that many companies are up against great odds with all the illegal short selling that it virtually makes it impossible for them to suceed. The only ones who tend to benefit are the short sellers while investors all over the BB arena tend to lose. This is why it is a pleasure to see a CEO that is sick and tired of those trying to hurt his company and looks to be doing something about it. I'm sure that you, like SMartin, would agree that it makes most sense, in light of the court findings, for all AZNT shareholders to fight for those stock certificates as soon as the DTC freeze is lifted.This is getting exciting isn't it.
