jg cordes, yep, Bill Gates slams hard drive into co-worker. She states that it was a floppy, but no one was there to witness it. IN his deposition he stated that it was nothing more than the fact that he was showing her his software. Well, they have come to find a certain pocket protector of Bill's stuffed full of condoms. They are testing the DNA in them to see if it matches that found on his employees matching Intel inside panties.
We are not sure of why Bill kept his old condoms, but he keeps muttering, that his sperm will someday be cloned into a massive workforce at Redmond, and each sperm represents a new employee.
The stock options for these employees will be granted upon successful fertilization and birth. He has announced a stock buy back to mirror the sperm in his pocket.

<<Hiram, didn't Bill Gates meet his wife at work? Can you imagine that potential sexual harassment case if it had soured and ended up in court...>>

I think its time for the reign of terror which sexual harassment lawsuits have created in some companies with especially over broad internal rules to END. Relentless unwanted advances, repeated crude sexual behavior in the workplace, and certainly any sort of pressure to by supervisors for sexual favors are of course all wholly unacceptable and should be subject to suit.

But this fear that a consensual relationship could later give rise to a suit because it sours is outrageous. It she consented, she consented, and that should be that. End of discussion. And stop all this power differential psycho babble. Adults have the right, and the responsibility to make choices. Coercion should be stamped out. And sex based ridicule and other sexual belittling stopped. Nothing more and nothing less.

The business of wondering whether a woman has in some illegitimate way been rewarded for her relationship is also out of balance. Clearly that sort of thing should not be allowed as the subject of a sexual harassment lawsuit. Are we going to assume every woman is a whore, liable to be bought by perks? Ridiculous. If someone rises whose work does not merit the rise, attack that as we would any other form of cronyism.
