didn't we just have a report that said foundries are running at 65%? increasing capacity? on a large scale? doesn't seem reasonable to me.

I spoke to Steve Allison, CFO, this morning. He had a positive tone FWIW. He has noted no increase in quote activity. Quote activity is the same now as it has been at any point during this down-cycle. Quote activity can increase in spurts for no particular reason. He says while this certainly feels like the bottom and thinks it is the bottom that he has no way of knowing for sure. He sees this thing turning around in six to twelve months. He says it is a DRAM overcapacity problem and said that utilization rates should be watched for turnaround clues. He believes that they have gained market share during this down-cycle and noted a few customer take aways in SEA.
