Nevertheless, I have all the kids accounts there as well as a couple of my own. I do like to have a local office and cash management is good.

I am thinking of switching to Waterhouse for all that though, as they too have a local office, good cash management services, lower commissions and they are owned by Toronto Dominion Bank. Just not quite as polite and pleasant to work with.
