Aleta, I've got a call into Mr. Smith and IR pertaining to some of those questions. If they have released a PR stating that the deal is done, except for shareholder approval and SEC approval, they should be able to provide some dates as to when they expect to have a resolution. At least they can give us information on the shareholder notification and when they expect to have the results. In addition, with the information provided on the previous PRs, they should be able to clear up the ratio question. If this company was so hot on generating shareholders you would think that they could get their act together in releasing more concise material. Their PR department stinks! And maybe this is coming from management. I could get somebody in High School to write better PRs. Ken
