Of course you do. But you see Allen... I didn't think I had anything to be concerned with. I mean, I'm a big shareholder of the stock, been doing my diligence above and beyond the one time, same-day, round trip ticket I received for a quick site visitation. Alas, so many things I would have done differently had I been less impetuous, and less exhuberant about wanting to see my investment succeed. And I would doubt Bgtit's correctness on many matters of the law. Regards, Ron
