Another good read on E-Commerce is the new monthly magazine,
Business 2.0.

I also enjoyed the book, BURN RATE, by Michael Wolff, about the "early days" off the Internet ... 1996 to 1998 ... when people were trying to figure out how to make money off all of this and what alliances make sense and who controls... an effort which continues to this day.
