CNDS HASbeen flying up 30%in two days and they do meter reading over wireless lines and whats i believe is happening is investors keep hearing deregulation and now want to find some ways to play it. cnds has a mkt ca of 320million and does very little rev, massives losses, negative book, lot of debt, dssi is by far the better play but hopefully rudin finch can get the story out.
