What scares me more than anything is that people have become so economically minded, they don't care about the morality of our President or what the world thinks of him. Clinton's approval rating is still above 50%, even though I believe that those figures are stacked somehow. I do not subscribe myself to a particular religion. I do not have a specific brand of morality other than the ones I grew up with. That being said, it is not so much that Bill Clinton had sex, it is that he lied about it to the American people, and would've lied in court if not for the emergence of the dress. I almost wished that dress would've been leaked (no pun intended) to the press after Clinton made his testimony. Unfortunately, there are problems in this society. The press is making most people numb to politics. The populace doesn't understand how Bill Clinton is viewed outside of the United States in light of his situation. Some people, without actually visiting this country, think that the United States is unstable right now because of the Starr findings. With the growing hatred for the United States becoming more apparent everyday, we cannot afford to look unstable or weak. We are going to have some serious problems with the religious world, people, and they are going to happen very soon. The entire Islamic world is not happy with us, and they represent a huge portion of the entire world population. Although people talk about the "WE GOT THE BOMBS, THOUGH!" idea, nuclear weapons can only work as a deterrent, not an offensive strategy. Why did I go off on this tangent? Do you want Bill Clinton in the White House when REAL foreign policy problems arise? Imagine Clinton in the White House during the time of Kennedy's administration. It takes more than a cigar to actually smoke to one's victory. You also need to find a lighter. Clinton doesn't possess a lighter. Impeach him. TD
