Why is the price on this stock so low? It looks like a steal to me. Am I missing something?

Direct Stock Market Announces DynamicWeb Enterprises, Inc. to Offer Shares Through DSM; Internet Trading to Begin Monday

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Direct Stock Market (DSM) today announced that DynamicWeb(TM)Enterprises, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DWEB - news), an Internet electronic commerce company, will use DSM's Internet securities marketing system to offer DynamicWeb's shares over the Internet, with trading to begin Monday.

DSM's Internet securities marketing system will provide DynamicWeb Enterprises (http://www.dsm.com/dweb/) with a range of services designed to help the company inform its current investors of news and financial performance, and expose its corporate vision to prospective investors.

As a DSM member company, DynamicWeb Enterprises' shares will trade on an Internet investor-to-investor trading system, provided by Niphix Investments, Inc. The system allows automated matching trade execution, including bid, ask, price and volume information, in effect serving as a digital stock market and information exchange. NIPHIX also will provide account management services.

Steve Vanechanos, Jr., CEO and President of DynamicWeb, said the decision to add an Internet trading channel for his company's shares is in keeping with DynamicWeb's electronic corporate culture.

''We are an Internet electronic commerce company, and by offering our shares through DSM's market place, we are, so to speak, embracing our own kind,'' Vanechanos said. ''The demographics should be a good fit in terms of new potential investors, and symbolically it's a good story. You have an Internet commerce company turning to the World
Wide Web to supplement what it is currently doing -- looking to increase liquidity for its stock, and expose the company to a new level of potential shareholders.''

Vanechanos added that DynamicWeb's shares will continue to trade over the counter, using the trading symbol of DWEB.

''We are very excited to have DynamicWeb Enterprises become a DSM member company,'' said Clay Womack, Direct Stock Market Chairman and CEO. ''By using the Internet, DynamicWeb is providing its shareholders with a great outreach service.''

A major feature for the Internet trading system, Womack said, is cost savings for investors and shareholders, including spreadless trading.

''We now can offer a complete solution for startup and emerging growth companies to use the Internet to raise capital, and then have an Internet-based aftermarket for their shares. There is only a flat fee for execution, with no dealer markup or margin,'' he said. ''We've also arranged for account sign-up discounts at NIPHIX for our member
companies and investors at niphix.com.''
