Orix says to list on NYSE on Wednesday TOKYO, Sept 16 (Reuters) - Orix Corp said it would list on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on Wednesday. The company will be the 11th Japanese company to liston the NYSE, it said. Its shares will be issued as American Depositary Receipts. Foreign ownership in Orix stood at about 35 percent of its total shares, including about 19 percent owned by North American investors, the company said. The company said it aimed at improvement in convenience for investors. Orix said it also aimed at strengthening corporate governance and at an increase in reliability for its shareholders, clients and the markets.
