BLUE BELL, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 16, 1998--Wednesday Ed Kelly, the CEO of Tasty Fries (OTC:TFRY), announced that the company has retained the services of The NetWorks, a Florida company specializing in developing Internet commerce.

Currently, the company generates a substantial amount of stock sales through the company's web site at www.TastyFries.com. The NetWorks in Miami claims that it can triple the company's current "hits" (visits) to the company's web site in 90 days or less by indexing the site on over 1,500 search engines in 37 countries or there is no cost to the company.

Currently, the company's web site is indexed on about a dozen search engines in North America and according to it's statistical web site, print-out is averaging about 1,000 hits per day for the last 30 days. Historically, the more hits a web site gets, the more business ultimately and proportionately results.

Kelly plans to use the increased web traffic to introduce Tasty Fries to foreign markets where the Internet can be used to accelerate sales overseas. Kelly believes there is a significant foreign demand for the company's patented robotic vending machines that dispense hot, crispy, and tasty french-fries that are fresh fried in cholesterol-free oil in less than 90 seconds. "The Internet is a valuable and cost-efficient marketing tool that will allow us to expand our marketing network overseas, quickly and at minimum cost," remarked Kelly.

With French Fry consumption in excess of 120,000 tons per annum overseas in Europe, Asia, and South America the company hopes to establish and operate a global sales force within the next 45-60 days. If the company were to penetrate and capture only 5% of the foreign markets, it could potentially generate $60MM in annual revenues.

In related news, Kelly also mentioned that the company is also targeting placement of their vending machines on over 350 U.S. military bases and is now applying for a federal vendor number as required by law.
