How will these institutions receive e-bill presentation if they don't use CKFR?

If there is an easy work-around the value of the CKFR end-to-end solution is possibly not as substantial as it appears.

I would only add that Fiserv represents more than 3,000 banks which makes them the biggest dogs on the block in terms of back-office processing for banks. they of course sided with CKFR some time ago.

They also purchased S1's solution and rebranded it for themselves, so far few if any of the their own banks have signed up because it is priced way too high.

But do you think ole CheckDangerField RodneyFree could get a bump out of being pre-loaded on the worlds largest seller of computers via being the exclusive Bill Pay On Quicken.Com...which just happens to be a part of this entire portal site.

Benny....Just Add Dell to the List of Partners..indirectly.
