This must mean that the financing is done or close to be completed. It was my understanding that the note could not be restructured unless they had a least 5 million to pay part of the outstanding 15 million. Even though this was not mentioned in the press release, maybe it is an indication of the financing deal with either Coastal or IBM.

Stock looking better today but no real support.
