Almost of the opinion it doesn't matter what he says. It's always spun by the media. Only question is whether they can spin it again.

I think he will repeat the same things he has said. He will not indicate one way or the other whether rate cut is to happen at the end of the month, but I believe it will not.

Don't know when he is speaking, sorry.
