First let me state that M&I uses TravelersExpress for Bill Pay....back to the question...Competitors of CheckFree will have to connect directly with each bank and each biller(just as CF does). Once the connection is established and integrated with the Banks on-line service they may present bills. The advantage CF has is that it has already established a lot of bank relationships.
