IMHO this market is done. The broader market indices are looking terrible, in particular breadth is generally bad. As positive as the Microsoft and Dell are - they can not be the Atlas's of the stock market forever. There is nothing on the international front that is looking positive at all.

May be time to consider a little gold - if (when) the US dollar takes a hit, that will be the only safe haven IMHO (caveat - I'm a goldbug<g>).

As far as I can see, the only way this mess can be solved is by injecting huge amounts of paper into the system - major inflation will result. That may be the way they go though - they do not have a clue what to do about deflation (except inflate) ..... either scenario is bullish for the yellow.
