Judy, Understand your dilemma. I was about to buy around 25 but backed out because of global uncertainties of ECM. Ram

Its still a bargain at these levels if you compare to SLR for example.
Every time FLEXF has a big move up (roughly 50% in the last 10 days or so) it retraces part of its move up so maybe history will repeat itself and it will dip back to $28-29. I wouldn't be surprised and if so I might pick up some more.
