BMart, per the TRO's that have been served, once the 4.4 million shares need to be bought back on the open market, would you expect a reasonable amount of shorting to keep that price down. Afterall, since there's an additional 2 million shares plus shorted on top of that, those short sellers won't want to get hurt by a rising price. Though I expect it, please no sarcastic remarks by the short selling party on this thread.
