I agree with your comments. ISLI's board must "support" the merger having signed an agreement. I am sure they will faithfully perform whatever activities (roadshows, etc.) they are obligated to perform. But investors won't need a lot of help to figure this one out. Its not a new story.

I increasingly suspect we will see a restructured or failed merger (its happend a fair amount in the U.S. this year given market volatility).
