Regarding earnings, never. Kurlak has consistently overestimated Intel's earnings when bullish, and consistently underestimated Intel's earnings when bearish. If estimate accuracy is what you're interested in, you'll have to go to the buy side, as few sell side analysts have shown any historical accuracy in estimating Intel's earnings.
