Yes, it's an awfully thin line, it would not apply to FACTS, as I see it, it would apply to statements such as: "I hear they are going to get European financing....or going to merge with...or have valuable mining properties...etc...." with NO basis in fact. For that, I think disciplinary action is justified, don't you?
