I agree on ROTI that the merger will go through, but it will probably be some 45 days before the votes are counted and the results official. I just don't like premature buying in this market. But providing they don't get delisted from NASDAQ before the vote, this should be a safe stock to buy at these levels. Stock should be much higher really, but people also have questions about the shares outstanding and other details after the merger. Fear and doubt phenomenon. Last I heard there will be about 22 million shares O/S after the merger but everything is on Edgar, all 50 some pages of it, so at least people can look and see. Good luck
