Hi Debra, RT Trader only saves current day tick data. Minute data is stored for 5 days minumum

You can create own database. In order to do this you should load Rt offline morning time, and after data from previous date is loaded go to system/ connect. So when new data starts it will be added to existing on your harddrive.
