Valueman,
Is there any material reason for LOR to be up 1+ points today following the successful launch of PAS-7 last night? Does LOR receive any revenues from PAS-7? Or is this just a psychological boost to the satellite industry.

Thanks,
Don

Thanks for clearing that up Vman, I couldn't recall the structure of the Soros deal. It sure does make that offering at 27 look very smart indeed.

So, are we saying then that LOR will have $640 MM after the Soros deal and Orion projects, that will be available for G* ($85 MM for launch schedule changes, $100 MM for operating expenses and interest, and $400MM for additional funding prior to going full service)?

If this is the case, then LOR would be left with cash of only $55 MM after picking up G*'s tab. Even with the current profit margin, this sure doesn't seem like enough cash to allow LOR to continue its acquisition/investing trend in the near-term, which many analysts probably view as a big negative. The launch failure really did a number on us.
