Well I suspect his biggest problem is likely getting audited financials without an adverse opinion. Coupled, in my opinion, with the disclosures that would be necessary to explain the real disposition of the shares that he is trying to call back in and the terms of the Preferred conversion. Releasing this type of information could greatly undermine "The Big Squeeze".

There could also be quite innocent reasons why the financials from 1997 have not been released, but I am at a loss to think of any at this point.

SMartin, are you still picking on shareholders. Don't forget to mention your role in nixing the Next Level deal for TVSI, your role in getting a temporary SEC halt in RMIL, your strong desire for RMIl not to come up with any source of financing, and your commitment against the short squeeze here at AZNT. I saw you over at RMIL harassing Riley. You know, if I didn't like a company or its shareholders the last thing that I would do is slam the company and harass its shareholders. However, if I needed to defend a significant short position, I would behave exactly like SMartin on both of these threads.

Jhild... BM has a funny way of being "tight" with CEO's who seem to give him bad info...poor thing. Pugs had a direct line into Raabe of TVSI, Morgan of RMIL and Puhr of RMIL....unfortunately the information they fed him... or he fed the threads, didn't ever seem to pan out.
