Very Interesting comments on IDBEF, especially given the news release today that they are now listed on the Berlin exchange. You mentioned that anyone buying a stock with a floorless preferred should be in mutual funds but what makes you think that the buyers in a mutual fund are not caught in such a downdrift? What is the best way of finding out if a stock has issued these floorless preferred? Thanks; Steve
