If you were an investor and you owned 25% of a publicly traded company that only traded about 140,000 shares (average) per day......

If you were a management that also owned about 25% of the same company.....

How are you going to cash out? You are going to sell the company.
If the above identities thought this was a "one pony show" they would have sold out six months ago. Obviously they believe there is more fundamental value in "staying long" (not selling). If they decide to take the company private, it will be at a higher price than the stock currently trades because management has publicly stated on past CC that a fair PE is 15-18.
