Allright Caroline, turn on the megaphone loudspeaker. According to Charlie Schwab once the stock is under 5 it is no longer marginable. i.e. you cannot get more margin on it nor borrow on the security.. In addition once it closes below 5 the ratio of margin to equity changes and margin calls for maintennace of the ratio start going out. I know because we got one when the stock closed below 5. Stock looks good today though. The annual filing should scare the hell out of those in short positions. If it was me I'd reach for the kapectate in a flash. Grunt (Caroline's husband)
