Only one really good bet this week, IMHO, but I'll go two and cross my fingers. I REALLY like Pittsburgh to cover in Miami - running game is HUGE advantage to Pitt, and passing game can't get any worse for them. Second pick is St. Louis to cover in Buffalo. Buffalo is just horrendous, and St. Louis should be angry after almost upsetting Minnesota last week only to lose it by a few inches.

Seattle -8 1/2 vs the Skins. Norv is starting Green again at QB. Short week. Cross country. Ouch, ouch, ouch. I also like New England to cover (-6 1/2) against Tenn. I'm thinking that the Oilers QB situation wasnt fixed by adding Thigpen as WR. NE is a top 10 team in the NFL. Go Ravens! Laron

Lock of the Week K.C. -9.5...cannot see the Charger scoring double digits (as I said the Saints wouldn't last week (wrong)).. K.C. plays tough at home...Chargers will be getting a dose of reality..K.C.40 S.D. 10 Shoe in of the Week Chicago +8.5...Bears have hung tough this year...Bucs have only scored 22 points (of which 15 were meaning less in GB game)...new stadium hex will continue T.B 17 Bears 10 look interesting Jets -9...must win position..Indy is awful...Parcells will give it to Manning Skins +8.5 are the Skins that bad? me thinks they'll hang around in this one Ravens +7..I like this gritty team..this game will tell me if Jax is a true Superbowl contender. G.B. Cincy...over...this will be a shoot em out affair...shades of Minny and Rams from last week 60+ points MM
