Thanks for the warrant definition, Jon. I'm just thinking that, by doing, this the company might be able to offer another trading option to Zulu holders who felt they got a raw deal from the OTC trading experience. And wouldn't this also give the company a means by which to raise some money in the process? Could this be a means which could help bringing eCommerce Corop into the fold?

Relative to warrants, it was buying a bunch of warrants that tripled my money and got me into online trading in the first place. Personally, I like warrants. I hope they do it.

Interestingly, however, I see the share price of Zulu acting like a warrant as it will always trail the price of ESVS at slightly better, slightly worse or sometimes right on the mark of the 10 to one ratio. The share price of Zulu will never surpass the share price of ESVS, much like the warrant price rarely, if ever, surpasses the share price of the common share.
