There still is no justification for Clinton's behavior since he's been in office period. Ok so he's not the first President who has been underhanded, then isn't it time that kind of behavior stops? Isn't it time our political officers are held accountable? Should we continue to justify it by saying hey, he's not the first so-and-so that did it also? C'mon it's time to step up to the plate and take what's coming. Until behavior like Clinton's (yeah & all the others) is not tolerated we will continually make the same mistakes. We need to learn from our history not use it as an excuse.
