Jim,

That suit is long-standing and has to do with SuperFlash! SNDK may have co-licensed SuperFlash! a few months ago in a deal with SSTI. The INTEL suit was originally filed in Delaware, but then dismissed. The Judge was pissed off that two Silicon Valley companies located a stone's throw apart would be settling a dispute on the Atlantic Sea Board. Some have said it was deliberately filed in Delaware to stretch SSTI's limited financial resources beyond their limits.

I do not think this has any bearing at all on SNDK.

The Cisco uBR7246 uses PCMCIA Intel Series 2+ Flash. The Cisco 3800 System uses Compact Flash. Do the Pace Micro Devices Set-Top Boxes use Flash?
