Charles, You appear somewhat more optimistic now that the deal will happen sooner than later. Why the change in heart? I always had presumed that the longer the deal took to be signed, the more Texaco felt that they could extract from RNTK. On the other hand, the possibility of RNTK cutting a deal with another company began to loom increasingly large as well. Exclusivity doesn't seem to be the issue here, just the excruciatingly slow meanderings of a complex deal. Bradpalm1
