Chucky, You are correct, it is a low carb (<20grams/day for first 14 days) then build back up slowly until weight gain occurs so as to know where your level is.... somewhere between 60-90 grams.

I want to lose 35 lbs (from 225 to 190). Ketostix show medium-large am obviously in ketosis, weight dropped like a rock first 6-7 days then went flat and now slowly vcoming off again... showed 213 lbs today on day 14. Still feel great, will get blood work done in two weeks just to see changes. Have 25 years of flight physicals to reference :) Thanks for your inputs..... is driving around in fauirly deep purple (reference ketostix coloring here) a bad thing if the reason is known.... ie because of the diet? Toa answer your egg question, yes, eggs, bacon for breakfast every day.... but no toast, juice or other carbos! CAP
