Howard, seems to my recall that the offer was accepted pending shareholder approval, since the mgmt did not hold enough shares to ok it themselves. With some time (and new/additional info I hope) and the change in opinion of additional large shareholder(s) the inclusion of who give mgmt the majority they need for acceptance/rejection on their own, the offer was rejected.
Point being, they could still hold a vote if they wanted, but they already have enough votes to go their way. So why bother with that expense.
In this case we would have no cause for action.

"Positive People, don't disregard the risk; IDCN still could be at .02 soon.

A shareholder suit is not supported -- no PROOF of misdeads, etc, that IDCN has misled stockholders.

>>Greenspan talking now, and numbers going down, as usually when he says ANYTHING<<

Since everyone has covered the POSITIVES (including some by myself), don't put your head in the sand, either.

It is all going to boil down to the assay report(s) now. The "buyout" isn't seen by most as a "positive" any more, as reflected in the stock price.

I have read in two mine / mine properties newsletters that say they recommended not investing in MINE PROPERTIES before significant preliminary assay testing reports. Why?? Because 90% of these reports, initially, are negative, or at best inconclusive.

If this is the case for IDCN (out of IDCN's control and ours / "fate"),
the stock will tank at least temporarily.

Those who are HARD CORE (or hard ore :) on the POSITIVE "I believe" side need to be prepared to HOLD even through these even "rougher times"

ALL IMHO
