Bernard, Thanks for the info. We can use people who understand LMCS/LMDS on SI, since it's going to be a huge market and few people know much about it. <there is little doubt in my mind that CSCO overpaid for Clarity.> This wasn't a cash deal. It was a stock deal. Before assessing the worth of Clarity, bear in mind that CSCO has a market cap of over $ 100 Billion, and over $ 6 Biilion in cash on hand.
